Our aim through the Personal Challenge programme is to help pupils develop their confidence and self-esteem through experiencing a range of outdoor and adventurous activities.
Through Personal Challenge we aim to help pupils cope with anxiety in challenging situations leaving them better equipped to deal with their own anxieties in the classroom and beyond school.
Pupils are encouraged to use positive strategies to communicate effectively with peers and be an active member of a small team. Pupils will also have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment.
