Head of Faculty – Science

Dove House are seeking to recruit a full time Head of Faculty for our Science department, to include tutor responsibility, from September 2023. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and inspire an outstanding department and teach students working towards a wide range of Science qualifications.

Experience within Forest Schools would be advantageous

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A hardworking and dedicated teacher that strives for the best outcomes for all learners
  • Skilled in either Primary or Secondary teaching
  • Looking for the freedom to plan and implement the curriculum within the faculty, in accordance with the aims of the school
  • Able to lead, manage and develop a small team
  • Willing to deliver high quality extra-curricular opportunities
  • Able to monitor and follow up student progress
