Pupils take a BTEC level 1 or 2 level course. They learn to cook food from scratch and make life choices that benefit their health and well-being.
Giving the pupils the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy cooking meals at home.
They gain an understanding of how to plan and cook economical meals.
